The elevated Automated Rapid Transit (ART) system planned for Johor Bahru will consist of 32 stations covering a total distance of over 50 kilometers. The estimated cost for this public transport project is nearly RM7 billion The state government aims to have the system operational by the end of 2026, coinciding with the start of the rapid transit system (RTS) connecting Johor Bahru to Singapore
